1. Information the App Accesses

To function on the Meta Horizon platform, Befuddle Bugs accesses the following through Meta's Platform SDK:

• Meta account User ID and profile information, used solely to verify that you own (are entitled to) the app at launch.
• Age category, used solely to provide an age-appropriate experience and to meet Meta's youth-safety requirements.

This information is accessed only while the app is running and only on your device. It is used to operate the app in the moment and is not stored, collected onto any server, shared with the developer, sold, or transmitted to any third party. The developer never receives or retains this information. Befuddle Bugs has no network features, no analytics, no advertising, and no user accounts.

2. Game Save Data

Your colony's save file is stored locally on your device only. It contains no personal information and is never transmitted anywhere. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.

3. Data Deletion

Because the app does not store your personal information on any server, there is nothing retained for the developer to delete. This right is available to all users, in every country, without exception. If you have any question or wish to make a data request, contact us at the email below and it will be honored.

4. Children's Privacy

Befuddle Bugs is designed to be appropriate for a general audience. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children. Age category is used only to provide an age-appropriate experience as described above, and is not stored or shared.
